Provides advisory and assistance services for engineering and support for the Ballistic Missile Defense Systems (BMDS) missions to enhance the sharing of BMD expertise and knowledge across the MDA, to centralize the acquisition of support services manpower in a more efficient manner and to reduce Agency overhead cost enterprise-wide.
